    Cigarette is ugly habit, because those can destroy our health. The Intention that make me stop smoking is by my motivation to change life pattern to be more health & it's get with way. easiest way by lessen consumption every day. lessen one bar every day. Always think positive about beautiful life and avoid stress that heap. you can conduct your hobby, maybe sport, sing, watching movie, blogging, etc.

    yes, many things that I know and I tried for stopped from smoking addiction. but alas, because of discomfort in the workplace becomes a bad point that makes me to keep smoking. thank you for giving me advice, and maybe it will be very useful at times later to be able to stop me from smoking addiction :D
