
Verizon Wireless is about to launch another touchscreen phone from Samsung namely the Samsung SCH-U820. According to PhoneScoop, the handset should become available starting on April 30th for a price between $80 and $100 with a 2-year contract agreement. Specs-wise, the SCH-U820 is equipped with a 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen display, a 3.2-megapixel camera with video recording, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, Samsung’s TouchWiz UI, a microSD card slot, an HTML browser, Microsoft Office Exchange email support, a 3.5mm headset jack and provides direct access to social networking sites using its Communities widget.
