FCC or Federal Communications Commission are the federal government agency located in Washington, DC responsible for regulating telecommunications in the United States, including commercial and private wireless spectrum management.

Examples of regulation is proper whether or not a product telecommunications sale to market, like the radiation produced by mobile phones on our bodies and whether mobile phone use is harmful to our health? and duties of the FCC is to issue a 'certificate' pass at least a handset to be sold to the market (this may be new in country USA).
